Terms of Use
Effective September 9, 2026
These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using the website of United Environmental Solutions, LLC (UES, we, us, or our), including its forms and general resources. They are separate from the written agreements used to authorize project services. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Website Content Is Not a Service Agreement
The website describes general project categories and provides a way to submit information for review. Website content, a form submission, an acknowledgment, or preliminary communication does not guarantee material acceptance, create a quote or service agreement, confirm pricing or availability, reserve capacity, approve a classification or method, establish a response-time commitment, or transfer responsibility for material.
A project begins only through an authorized written scope or agreement accepted by the applicable parties. If an executed project agreement conflicts with these general website Terms concerning that project, the executed agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
Project Details Affect Scope, Price, and Availability
Options, pricing, timing, documentation, destinations, and methods depend on the information supplied and conditions at the time of review. A quote may rely on assumptions about material identity, quantity, packaging, condition, access, customer responsibilities, service availability, destination acceptance, transportation, taxes, fees, and other facts.
If information or conditions change, the proposed scope, pricing, schedule, or availability may also change.
Approved Work Follows a Defined Scope
Project services, acceptance criteria, scheduling, equipment, transportation, documentation, and site requirements vary by material and approved scope. Applicable project requirements and responsibilities are defined in the written proposal or service agreement.
Not an Emergency Reporting Channel
Website forms and email are not emergency reporting channels and should not be relied on for immediate response. For a fire, spill, exposure, or other situation presenting immediate danger, contact emergency services and follow your facility's emergency procedures and applicable reporting requirements. Do not wait for a website response or approach, move, open, sample, or otherwise disturb unsafe or unidentified material to prepare an inquiry.
No Legal, Regulatory, Engineering, Safety, or Tax Advice
Website content is general information. Requirements vary by material, process, generator, jurisdiction, transportation method, destination, and project. Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and satisfying the obligations that apply to their organization.
United Environmental Solutions aims to present useful information but does not promise that every page is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to a particular project. Official sources and project-specific requirements should be checked before reliance.
Use the Website Lawfully and Accurately
You may not use the website unlawfully; knowingly submit false, misleading, or unauthorized project information; upload malware or harmful code; interfere with the website or its security; attempt unauthorized access; or misrepresent affiliation with United Environmental Solutions.
Preliminary inquiries are welcome. Provide information accurately to the best of your knowledge, label estimates and unknowns, and do not knowingly omit material hazards or conditions relevant to the requested work. Notify UES if you learn that material information previously supplied was incorrect.
You represent that you are authorized to submit the contact, project, material, product, facility, customer, and file information you provide. You permit United Environmental Solutions to use and share submitted information as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, coordinate, document, or respond to the request, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This permission is for handling the request; it is not permission for unrelated advertising use of submitted documents.
Forms and email are initial inquiry channels, not a confidential-document portal or backup service. Keep your own records and do not submit sensitive documents unless an appropriate handling method has been agreed with UES. Receipt of an inquiry does not create a separate confidentiality agreement, guarantee preservation of a file, or establish that a person has reviewed it. The Privacy Policy describes retention and privacy-request options; nothing in these Terms removes rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
Ownership and External Resources
The website's text, design, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to United Environmental Solutions or the applicable rights holders. Reasonable excerpts may be used for internal project evaluation or reference. Branding or substantial portions may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
Links to government agencies and other external websites are provided for convenience. United Environmental Solutions does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Use of the Website Is at Your Own Risk
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an as-available basis without warranties not expressly stated in a written project agreement. United Environmental Solutions is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for interruptions, errors, external sites, or unauthorized access outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Project-specific responsibilities, remedies, governing law, and venue are determined by the applicable written agreement and law.
Terms May Be Updated
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, a notice on this page will identify the change. Changes to these website Terms do not amend an executed project agreement or replace any notice or acceptance required by applicable law.
