Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how United Environmental Solutions, LLC (UES, we, us, or our) collects, uses, and shares information submitted through this website and generated through ordinary website use. It covers website inquiries and related communications; a separate project agreement may address additional project records.
Who This Website Is For
This website is intended for businesses, institutions, public organizations, contractors, and other organizational users. It is not intended for household disposal requests or for children.
Information You Provide
Depending on the form used, information may include a contact name, organization, business email, phone number, project location, service category, project stage, material or system description, quantity, packaging, timing, general message content, and files you choose to attach, such as project records or photographs.
Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Contact United Environmental Solutions before sending trade secrets, controlled information, personal records, or sensitive customer documents.
The website systems may also process basic device, browser, security, request, and server-log information needed to operate and protect the site.
Project Review, Communication, and Website Operation
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested projects, request missing details, prepare quotes, coordinate existing work, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and meet applicable legal, contractual, accounting, insurance, or recordkeeping obligations.
Submitting information does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, timing, service availability, or a service agreement.
Information May Be Shared to Evaluate and Complete the Work
Project information may be shared with authorized organizations and professionals reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, authorize, schedule, perform, document, or administer the requested work.
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Website forms and uploaded files are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Submission notifications are sent to Meredith Wiggins at UES through our Google-hosted business email. Authorized personnel may access these records to review and respond to requests. A form confirmation indicates receipt by the website system, not that a person has reviewed the request.
Information may also be disclosed through website, form, email, security, analytics, and business systems used by UES; to professional advisers; when required by law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, security, or property; or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable requirements.
Your Analytics and Advertising Choices
Essential website functions, security, and quote forms operate without optional tracking. We use separate opt-in choices for Google Analytics and Google Ads. Neither optional destination is configured by the site until you permit its category. You can accept both, reject optional tracking, or choose each category separately.
Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and selected interactions, such as opening a quote request, submitting a request, or selecting a telephone link. Google Ads supports advertising measurement. When advertising is allowed, visitors arriving through eligible Google ads may see a Google forwarding number in place of our usual phone number. Calls still reach UES. This lets Google measure call details, such as call time, duration, and connection status, and attribute qualifying calls to an ad interaction. This setup does not enable call recording. This site configuration does not enable personalized advertising, remarketing, or enhanced conversions based on customer information.
When you allow a Google service, Google may process browser and device information, network information such as your IP address, page and interaction information, and cookie identifiers. Our custom website interaction events do not include form answers, uploaded files, email addresses, telephone numbers, or project descriptions. We omit query strings and fragments from the page locations sent by our custom measurement events.
When a permitted Google service runs, Google may also process information about activity across other sites or services under its own policies and your Google settings. Our site-side restrictions on measurement events do not describe every use Google may make of information it receives.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's processing and controls.
What Is Stored on Your Browser
- Essential preference storage:
ues-privacy-v1stores your category choices, preference version, and choice date in this browser's local storage. We honor a valid choice for up to 180 days, then ask again before enabling optional tracking. The stored record does not automatically disappear at that time; it may remain until replaced by a new choice or cleared in your browser. It is not an advertising identifier. - Analytics cookies: if allowed, Google Analytics may set
_gaand_ga_*cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. This site's Analytics cookie expiration is configured to 180 days without refreshing that expiration on each visit. - Advertising cookies: if allowed, Google Ads may use cookies such as
_gcl_*for advertising measurement andgwccto cache a Google forwarding number for website-call attribution. Exact cookies and durations depend on the interaction and Google's configuration. See Google's cookie information.
Use Privacy Preferences in the footer to change or withdraw optional choices. Changing an active tracking choice refreshes the page to stop previously loaded tools. Save any unfinished form details first. We attempt to remove matching first-party Google cookies when their category is rejected; we cannot remove cookies held on Google's own domains.
A Global Privacy Control signal keeps the Advertising category off, including when you choose to accept Analytics. We do not use the older Do Not Track signal as a substitute for these controls. Clearing browser storage, using a different browser, or the preference expiring may cause us to ask again. If browser settings prevent us from saving a change, we show a warning and do not enable new tracking. Any previously active choice remains unchanged. Allow site storage or clear this site's data through your browser settings before trying again.
How Long Information Is Kept
UES does not currently use a routine deletion schedule for website inquiries, uploaded files, or related email correspondence. These records may remain in our form-processing and email systems indefinitely unless deleted in response to a request, a business decision, or an applicable legal requirement. No automatic deletion date is promised.
Records may be kept for project evaluation, communication, quoting, customer relationships, service records, legal and contractual obligations, accounting, insurance, security, and dispute management. Retention and any response to a deletion request remain subject to applicable law; this policy does not override rights or obligations that apply to a particular record.
UES has not established separate routine deletion periods for unsuccessful inquiries and completed project files. Copies may also exist in email, downloaded business records, or provider backups; deleting one copy may not remove every copy immediately. Provider systems may have their own retention and backup processes.
Retention is not determined by the cookie-preference period. Deleting a browser preference does not delete a project submission, and withdrawing optional tracking does not withdraw an existing project request.
Security and Sensitive Information
The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between your browser and the website. HTTPS does not by itself ensure the security of email accounts, devices, service-provider systems, or stored files. Forms and email are initial inquiry channels, not a dedicated confidential-document portal. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not use the website as your only copy of a document or as a backup service. Submitting a file does not create a separate confidentiality agreement or guarantee its preservation. Any special confidentiality, security, or records-handling requirements must be agreed separately before sensitive information is sent. Nothing in this section removes duties or rights imposed by applicable law.
Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identification, personal medical records, export-controlled material, or trade secrets through these forms. Contact UES first to agree on an appropriate method for sensitive project records. Send only information you are authorized to share.
Questions, Corrections, and Deletion Requests
Subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs, you may ask about a submission, request correction of contact information, or request deletion of information that United Environmental Solutions is not required or entitled to retain.
Call 864-380-7439 or email services@united-environmental.com with the subject Privacy Request. Describe the request and include the email address used for the inquiry and any submission reference you have. Do not send identification documents or sensitive project files unless we arrange an appropriate verification method.
We may need to verify your identity or authority, clarify the records involved, and determine which information must be retained. Requests are subject to applicable law, including any required response periods, and legitimate retention exceptions. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have additional rights concerning access, copies, correction, deletion, or certain processing of personal information. Contact us to ask about exercising an applicable right.
Cookie choices can be changed immediately through Privacy Preferences; they are separate from a request about information already submitted to UES.
External Websites Have Their Own Policies
This website may link to government agencies and other external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and policies.
Changes to This Policy
